I built four businesses before I knew I had ADHD. The bursts of obsessive focus built things fast. The crashes that followed nearly destroyed them. I spent years thinking the fix was more: more discipline, more planners, more hours. None of it works for a brain like mine. So I built my own system. This is it.

Rituals and planning rhythms built for executive function, not willpower. A weekly planning ritual, roughly 20 minutes, that sets the week so the scaffolding stays up even on a low-energy day. The point isn't a perfect routine. It's a system that survives the week you feel like rubbish.

The planning, content and admin you'll never do consistently yourself, automated. We build your personal AI setup together so it drafts and schedules the things that used to sit undone for a fortnight. This is where most of the 10 hours a week comes from.

How long does it take to embed?

The goal is 90 days. You keep the systems, the frameworks and the community after that. Many people stay on because the structure keeps working, but the aim is to give you everything you need to run independently.

Do I keep it after the coaching ends?

Yes. The planning rhythms, the AI setup and the self-awareness are yours to keep. That's the whole point: a system that works without me.

Is the AI part complicated to set up?

No, and you don't need to be technical. We build your personal AI setup together, around the specific admin and planning you keep avoiding, so it fits how you actually work.
